As a part of our regular cleaning method (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), one time cleaning or as needed

We offer following:

All the above is done in accordance with Checklist that corresponds to the type of cleaning being performed (see checklist).

Terms of service:

• We provide all basic cleaning supplies and equipment (special cleaning supply is not provided).
• Not responsible for use of equipment and cleaning products provided by the customer (we’ll take best care
   possible of your equipment and products if provided).
• Not climbing ladders, move or lift heavy appliances, furniture or full garbage bags to prevent from injuring
   ourselves and damaging customer’s property (30 lbs max weight). If you want us to clean behind heavy
   appliances, furniture and other heavy objects, please move them and we will be happy to clean those areas.
• Not responsible for washing laundry, ironing, appliances used for these services (laundry, ironing), washing walls
   and some other services (see Checklist).
• We do not dust or clean sensitive electronic components (newer TVs screens, monitors, laptops, etc).
• We accept business cheques, personal cheques and cash. Move in and out cash only.
• For all declined and NSF cheques a fee of $ 25.00 is charged.
• If you would like to cancel or skip scheduled cleaning a 24 hours notice is required otherwise a full amount is
   charged.
• Flat rate is effective for one year from the date of first cleaning.
• We reserve the right to refuse service any time there is a safety or health hazard issue.
